Rainy’s Whitlock’s Sheep Minnow Swimmer Shad Flies

Need a sparse, slim, shadalicious minnow that looks and swims just like the real thing? Dave Whitlock hit a home run with this pattern. This fly has a near color pattern and silhouette of a shad. This fly swings in the current of a river or can be fished on a sinking line for suspended bass. They just won’t be able to hide from the Deep Sheep Shad! Size 6 is just over 2″ long. This is a weightless version that will land softly in clear shallow water to keep from spooking fish.
